MTN Free watch promo

I went on the mtn website on the 18th of June,received a call on the 19th to complete my contract application....she read th3 terms and conditions and I confirmed with her that the contract phone I saw on the website,s23 ultra came with the free watch(as displayed on the website)and she said yes. I received delivery on the 22nd and that's when it went downhill with the service from mtn.

The package did contain the phone but not the watch,I called 135 and was advised that customer service did not deal with sales queries....they transferred me to sales,which I later learnt Is a company called Mondo. The lady who answered told me that mtn did not have such ,they have a different catalog.....she went on about about how if I had ro eacalate the issue and won,I wouldn't get the watch and my contract would be cancelled.

I called mtn again and the lady at mtn confirmed it came as a package and wanted to put me through to Mondo again,I told her I was not happy
