MTN Free Airbuds Promo - ****

Bought a Samsung S22 Ultra in April 2022 - one of the most expensive phones on the market today! Made sure to sign the MTN contract before April 30 2022, in order to redeem the Free Airbuds that were offered if you purchase a Samsung Device within that time period. The device was out of stock and I only received it about a week after signing up. The staff at Samsung confirmed that the Free Airbuds would still be received as the contract was signed on time. Until today, the 4th August 2022 I have not received my Free airbuds! It's appalling the way I have been treated, running around between Samsung and MTN with NO help received until today. The MTN agent who signed me up, got the confirmation in writing that I would get my Free product. However...here I am with nothing. And management from both MTN & Samsung giving us both the run around!

After spending this much money on an item. Left feeling completely ****med out of my money!
