MTN is failing its customers. they need to upgrade their service. They cannot explain why the Free 20GB they are not honouring contracts. The Box came with a Phone and Charger ''No Headphones''. Today they kept me on-hold for 20minutes for what? They still failed to assist me after calling twice weekly for 2 weeks. New customers stay Away unless you have the patience for nonsense.
