MTN FREE 20GB DATA DELAY/DENY

I upgraded my contract with MTN. This comes is supposed to include free 20GB Data . I phone to inform them I have not received the 20GB Data. They told me to wait for 48hrs. 10 days after delivery I still have not received the 20GB and after calling then multiple times now. I asked since when do you deliver without the Data as I need to setup the new Cell. No help at all. I am very disappointed as I've been their client for over 15 Years now
