MTN FRAUGHT

My id was used in one of the KZN branches to commit fraught. I have reported this to MTN and they have issued me with a fraught case number but still handed over the account to a debt collector after assuring me that this will not happen. I am still waiting for feedback from MTN fraught department. I have also now involved the ombitsman. hopefully something will happen on MTN's side.
