MTN **********ly Opening Accounts

MTN **********ly opened an account using my details. I did not give them permission nor did they notify me of the transaction. I am registered with the SAFPS and they should not have been able to open an account using my details without my consent or without overriding their systems. I obviously did not provide the former, so the latter must have happened. As such, MTN **********LY OPENED AN ACCOUNT USING MY DETAILS. No when I try contact the ***** department, the details are not available. I went to MTN Melrose Arch and they do not have the contact details for the ***** department. I have logged a case with MTN and have yet to hear back from them regarding this matter. Now I have to put everything on hold to sort this out and I'm not getting any feedback from MTN. I want this matter result immediately. Close the account and reverse all transactions.
