MTN **********ly opened an account under my name

I am writing this negative review against MTN because in Dec-20 I received a call from Nudebt debt collectors asking when am i going to pay the outstanding fees for my contract, i told the lasy that i have never opened/owned a contract with MTN, i then went to check my credit profile and indeed i had a ********** account against my name, i have since send MTN and Nudebt all required paperwork (Affidavit, etc) to start the investigations, it has been over a month now with no feedback and this has now impacted my credit worthiness and score! I hate the slow customer service from MTN.
