MTN **********ly debiting money

MTN is currently *******ly and **********ly deducting money from my husbands account for a nonexistent contract. He has never had a contract with MTN, have an MTN number nor ever received a device from you yet you continue every month to deduct money from his account.

He has been pushed around by their call center for months who agree he does not have a contract, they promise refunds which have never materialized and they debits keep happening.

MTN refund the thousands of Rands you have *******ly debited plus interest and remove his details from your system or you will be reported to ICASA and we will be taking further action. No more nonsense, delays and pathetic excuses, this is THEFT.
