MTN **********LY APPROVING CONTRACTS

On the end of February it came to my attention when a debit order of R2697.99 ran on my account that an account with MTN had been opened **********ly in my name. Commonly when an account is opened a query is made and relevant documents requested, this was not the case with me despite the fact that 4 lines were opened in my name. I enquire with MTN, Bloemfontein branch how this happened and who was the teller who authorized the account in order for me to take full legal action and this information was withheld. I further requested a letter from MTN ***** department on this incident in order to bring the matter to the attention of the South African ***** Prevention Unit to prevent further similar occurrences and I have not received such a letter from MTN.

This ********** conduct from MTN is unacceptable, ******* and appalling.
