MTN ********** UPGRADE
I have a MTN contract which my son uses - ***. Somebody phoned MTN Direct and did a upgrade on this contract and now the R1817.95 airtime my son still had on his contract is gone. Yesterday his phone was blocked as he reached his call limit and now I have to go to the police station and have a Affidavit taken and certify a copy of my ID that I did not upgrade this contract. This contract was upgraded last year October 2014 when all my contract were still with Nashua Mobile. Please, please help as this account is now over R2000 and close to R3000 for month end. I will not pay even if I had the money.
