Mtn ********** transactions

Mtn sent me a line which I did not apply for. I have been calling them since January. To be told someone will call me to make arrangements to sort this out. No calls. I ce tried taking the phone back to a shop. They refuse to take it back. Been charged for a line I never even app**** for.. ******** in all aspects!!!!
