MTN ********** Subscriptions

I have just found out that I was subscribed to Gamer+, Brightside and Travel Tips which I did not authorize. The personnel at MTN Stores just tell you to contact the organization's to solve the issue. This is utter nonsense I never subscribed to any service, but MTN allowed these organizations to **********ly deduct money from my account. I have cancelled all these subscriptions, but I now insist on a refund for the past two years. How is MTN going to solve this issue as you are allowing this to happen for a number of years to many innocent people?
