MTN ********** or just common *******?
Good day I am a very concerned person. After logging into my mtn account using the app, I did something I never did before and had a look at my insurance of my current 2 devices. To my surprise I found 3 devices that I have been paying insurance for that are no longer in use. 1 of these 3 devices is a Huawei P40 which I took back the next day after delivery as the Google platform was no longer operating on this device. In October of last year I was finally able to upgrade to my current device. I was very surprised and discusted at the same time. How much money have this company made on my behalf. I have been paying for a device I never even used and 2 other devices that are no longer even working because of damage. Am I just naive in thinking that when you upgrade, all previous contractual obligations are outomatically canceled? Am I able to ask for my money back, or should I just claim 2 new devices since I have been paying for them anyway?
