MTN ********** DEBIT ORDERS!!

I am not an MTN customer and woke up on the morning of 01/04/2021 to a debit order or R1500 with a MTN reference. My bank told me to speak to MTN , I went to a MTN store only to find out that there is ********** contract opened by someone using my ID document but with their face on and their address in Gauteng in the contract when I am in Cape Town and have always been. The store told me to go to the police station to write an affidavit and submit my ID and proof of address with a specimen of my signature which I did immediately on 06/04/2021. The store suggested that they change the payment method from debit order to cash payment as the reversal of debit order or them trying to re debit my account would cause me too much costs with my bank as I would not have the funds to cover the debit order and my account would bounce. After this, I blocked my ID with the SA ***** Prevention services and I check my Credit report every other week with all the credit bureaus and I see MTN listed on my profile as late payment. I do not and never miss payments for my true/valid accounts, I work really hard to make sure of this! This is negatively affecting my credit record./ credit score and it could be avoided and solved if MTN cared enough to do proper due diligence in opening accounts or once ***** like this has been brought to their attention they act swiftly. It has been more than a month and going to 2 months now since I reported this and the only way I can get some sort of feedback is when I publicly ask them on twitter about it and they keep saying they escalated the issue and will get back to me. Well, they do not get back to me, yet their lack of action is affecting my credit record very negatively and they just do not care!! I will bombard twitter and tag everyone, ICASA any and everyone until they do something! In 2021, a year some of us are dealing with a lot of other painful things like loosing parents, we have these unnecessarily headaches and frustrations added unnecessarily to our lives.. SO VERY SAD AND ABSOLUTELY APPAULING BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
