MTN ********** debit order on pensioners account

MTN took R10k from my 81 pensioner dad's bank account. He has tried to sort it out and even braved going to a branch to no avail. He now cannot pay his rent or even eat this month. It is disgusting how this can happen and then nobody can assist to sort out the problem.
