MTN ********** Debit Order

I've never been a customer of MTN. Wake up this morning and what do I see - a mysterious MTN SP debit order for R1170. Tried calling 083 135 and guess what? There is NO option to speak to an agent unless you are an MTN customer.

I've had Nedbank reverse this debit order but I would like feedback and confirmation from MTN that this has been blocked on their side too.
