MTN ********** Debit Order

In October MTN signed up a ********** client and allowed this client to attach a debit order against my ABSA account. This case of identity theft was raised with ABSA and logged with MTN (Howard Centre) as well as though an email send to their ***** department (their ***** reporting system on the internet was not working). The case has also been logged with ICASA. Neither MTN nor ICASA has responded to me regarding this case as yet. Even though I was able to stop MTN from deducting any further money from my account they still owe my over R20 000 rand in money **********ly deducted.
