Mtn ********** contracts- poor response received from Mtn

I am struggling to sort out fradulate upgrades done on my Bussiness contract lines in February 2018 , I had called mtn business online to have 5 of my lines cancelled, 2 months later I see my bank accounts are being debited for double the amounts, I then went to the mtn store where I was told upgrades had been done in the same numbers that I had cancelled , I contacted mtn sent all relevant documents and have being struggling with mtn to have this matter resolved, I have called on numerous occasions sent endless emails , spent hours on phone calls , spoke to every agent and manager possible,only to be told that they still working on it and I have to just wait. I have open My mtn contracts at mtn Musgrave Durban the upgrades that was done was done at Matthew Road branch who is the same owner, which makes me think this is definitely an inside job. I had been to Mtn in Overport to have my remaining contracts upgraded which required so many documents and signatures, then how is it possible for upgrades with phones to be taken out unless it was done by mtn staff itself. My business is being deeply effected my business credibility is now being effected because of late of professionalism and service from mtn. I am now considering to cancel all my 16 contracts with mtn . And move my business to a different service provider because Mtn has proven to be unreliable. My latest mtn reference from ***** department is- 1- ********** 8866 Please respond and have this matter sorted out as soon as possible.
