MTN ********** Contracts opened and NO response or Action

Somehow MTN has allowed someone to open 2 ********** contracts on my name , within 2 days at the same store at Gateway mall. I was not even present or at the Gateway mall in anyway. When trying to cancel the contracts and get these removed off my name and receive my Money back. You cannot get hold of anyone at MTN, you hold on for then an hour and have to keep trying over and over again.

A question that I cannot understand is how does MTN open contracts without any validation and checks that the account holder is present. And Secondly why am I now the one that is trying over and over again to get this resolved and cleared off my name. This was not my doing but a security oversight on MTN's part but now me as a customer are been punished.

Please can the 2 ********** contracts be removed from my name urgently and please can we money that was incorrectly deduced please be refunded to me urgently.
