MTN ********** CONTRACTS
I have been a loyal customer to MTN for more that 10 years, so I had a contract for two mobile phones for me and my wife, which expired during July 2020 while i was on month to month contract I received a call from a person saying she is from MTN telling about the black Friday deals which is was R199 per month for 60GB data which I took for myself. I asked the lady for several times if she is from MTN and NOT Mondo because Mondo had tried to **** me before, she assured me she was from MTN only to discover later that she was lying actual she was from Mondo one of MTN dealers, and the data they gave me is 40GB not 60BG as promised, Now these people ******* me into a contract **********ly pretending to be from MTN and still did not give me what they promised.
A week ago I received another call from a lady saying she is also from MTN asking me about my contract with MTN I dropped the call because she was using a suspicious number but immediately after the call I received an email telling with a new contract application and sms about credit verification, when I contacted MTN I was told about a new contract approved how do you upgrade a contract that is already upgraded. The name of the lady is Samantha from RewardsCo. Why is MTN allowing the dealers to abuse their clients like this? .These people are doing business in a very ********* way (**********). I will not rest until MTN and its dealers resolve this or else they need to be exposed. I contacted MTN for this to be resolved the ref Number is ***, the lady who assisted me is Nompumelelo still waiting for the feedback I am stuck with this. I want to upgrade my wife's number as well but now its scary and daunting to deal with MTN and their **********. I hate that I now have a contract with Mondo and Rewardsco which both pretended to be MTN and had ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION GIVEN TO THEM BY MTN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I believe the Contract is invalid because they did not disclose who they were and did not give me what they told me they will give in exchange for my money, but they still debit me for the amount they claimed was worth 60GB while giving me 20GB less. I want MTN to void this contract as well as the newly added one by their other cronies Rewardsco.
