MTN ********** CONTRACT

This is one of, if THE the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I have been trying to get a letter or some confirmation of a cancellation of a ********** contract from MTN since July to no avail!! I have called countless times and get given countless reference numbers with the promise that my issue will be sorted, I need to call back in 3 business days. SINCE JULY!!!! Today alone I spoke to SIX call centre agents asking me “how they could brighten up my day”, yet they can’t even direct me to the correct department! How hard can this really be?! MTN, I need to get debt collectors to stop calling me, but I can’t do that without any confirmation that the ********** contract has been cancelled! This is affecting my credit score!!!!!
