MTN ********** billing

MTN were unable to provide me with LTE in Phalaborwa as per our contract. This was from January 2020. They eventually changed the contract to "pre-paid" but still charged me for the LTE service from January 2020 to April 2020 without providing LTE service. Repeated requests for a refund have been unsuccessful. Even threats of charges of ***** against the CEO have been unsuccessful.
