Mtn ********** accounts

Last year March someone opened 2 ********** cell contracts using my name at MTN. I was surprised to see my bank account being debited with an of over R3000. I went to the mtn customer service where I lodged a complaint and I was given these reference numbers *** and ***. The guy who was assisting me was Tendai.Chireza from Greentone Mall in Edenvale. He escalated my dispute to the MTN ***** department. In June he came back to me and informed me that the matter was resolved. In February 2022 I started getting calls from the company called MBD Attorneys informing me that I owe MTN. I need to pay over R3000. I have been harrased by the company to pay mtn the money that i don't know about. I am receiving letters left and right from this company. I forwarded them my affidavit and the copy of my ID nothing seem to help. Mtn instead of giving me the letter that the matter has been resolved they hand me over to their attorneys Kindly assist in resolving this matter with MTN. Regards Joseph Mulutsi
