MTN ********** account not removed under my name at the credit bureau

A ********** account was opened under my name at MTN I reported the matter and submitted all the documents at MTN Pavillion was it was confirmed that the account has been closed and will be removed under my name at the credit bureau. Upon calling ITC this morning I find out that the account has not been closed and certainly has not been removed under my name in fact shows as an account that is in arrears meaning I can get blacklisted for this. Kindly assist with removing this account under my name as it is affecting my credit status.
