MTN ********** Account Harassment - Please Help Close This Account, It is not mine!!!

I have been harassed for over 2 years by MTN for a ********** account that i did not open. I have been sent back and forth by different debt collectors who requested that i send them my ID copy, proof of residence and an affidavit that i didnt open the account so that they could report that it is a ********** account and close it. Iv sent these documents numerous times however i keep getting debt collectors on my back either calling me, emailing me or SMSing me that they are demanding payment otherwise they will declare me a bad payer to credit bureaus and therefore negatively impact my credit score.

MTN South Africa, Please rectify this.
