I was advice by Trans Union that it takes 14 working day to update when they receive information from the companies , with regards to below response from MTN can be advised why on my ICT profile still showing that I owe MTN .

Please note that the request was sent to have your payment profile updated on the 2018/02/22, it sometimes takes a month for the update to be update on your profile.
