Mtn ********** account

There was a ********** account opened and linked to my account. After months now the money that must be paid back to my account is still outstanding. All call center agents keep on telling me the money will be paid back and that it is the banking department that must do the payment, but after months the payment is still outstanding. They were quick to do the deduction , but now I must battle to get my money back. It is a large amount of R8964.00
