MTN = **********!!!

FED UP!! MTN have now been ********** for the past 3 months!!

For the past 3 months MTN has been deducting money from my account and every month it’s a different amount, but the funny thing is, I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONNECTION WHATSOEVER SO WITH MTN!!!!!

So please explain how you are able to deduct money from my FNB account every single month for the past 3 months?? I have sent several emails requesting about this and even called your customer service and your staff could not give me an answer as they noticed that I don’t even have an account with you guys!! They advised that the only way they could stop the debit orders from being deducted, is for me to go to the Police station and open a case and take it to a MTN store, but how am I supposed to that with this whole Covid-19 thing going on?????? I’m not going to put myself at risk by going into the public.

MTN do something about this ASAP!!!!! The reference number used every month for the debit order is - A***
