MTN Call center calls to sell me products, says I have 7 days to change my mind. I have email customer care, retentions and been on their cancelations / retention line for more than 3 hours on different days and no one want to help. This is **********, not answering cancelation calls and emailing clients stating they can only cancel if they call knowing the clients can't get out of their contracts.
