MTN **********

I am so frustrated by MTN incompetency and desperation to make money opening contract's without verifying details. I feel like thy condoning crime in South Africa.How do give a contract without obtaining a clients prove of address, confirming work employment, eMail and contact number to send statements and requesting a client to bring an ID so u confirm that it's his ID. I have contacted MTN customer care which they advice that I go to the police station for an affidavit and certify my ID with signatures then email the documents to the given email. I did all that and the response I get is to call 083135 number which doesn't even give me an option to speak to a consultant.i just had to choose an option which doesn't go with my enquiry just to speak again to a consultant that will Tel me to email my documents which I did but the response is stil telling to call the same number. I don't have any contacts I buy my phone's cash because I want to keep my name clean so that I won't have any bad credit when applying for any emergency loan. Now that I went to apply for one to my surprise I found that MTN has blacklisted me for what I don't know cause I don't even use MTN network. We are all affected by this covid pandemic but it doesn't mean that companies must use our details to Thier advantage. A simple investigation that I requested from MTN was not meat I don't know what's hard for MTN after submitting the required details. MTN needs to take Thier business serious. I want my name to be clean or else ism going to meet up with my lawyer and Sue MTN for tornishing my name for no reason since they fail to investigate my issue. I emailed Thier ***** department but they not helping me.
