The worst company ever, they are blatantly refusing to give me back my R16 393.43 that they took from my account in August erroneously it is now November I have been fighting with them all these months, I sent proof of payment and banking details, I did everything they asked they still giving me the runaround their agents even hang up on me when I call. with this experience with MTN no one in my family will ever use this network I have recently had to change all my kids phone numbers to Vodacom that is how I am so finished with MTN I am taking them to the lawyers should this matter not be attended to by end of November and am coming for more than the 16k that they took if I have to go to each and every platform to get my story across that is exactly what I am going to do, I AM DONE WITH MTN AND BE WARNED DO NOT DARE USE THIS NETWORK.
