MTN **********

This is actually a complain anyone who can help pleased reply. MTN is a reap off, been trying to sort out my contract issue since late August and till today all I get is thy busy with your incident. I took 2 contracts in 2019 and they were suppose to end this year unfortunately I couldn't pay for a few months in 2020 and way handed over. Jan 2021 I had my finances sorted and managed to pay the lawyers and get my account back to MTN, little did I know that was gona affect me in a bad way. June 2021 my 1st contract must end MTN tells me no these are new contracts and I told them thats impossible and explained everything. They then told me to email their retention department which I did and thy are ****** useless, I have copies of my contracts and have emailed them but no one is helping. Thy want to hand me over for a contract that actually ended please help
