Mtn **********

I have had contract with mtn. Called and asked what i had to do to get the contract terminated and i was told i must send an email, which i did. September i still received the packeage and i sent another email. They still continued to send me the package again in October. October i sent an email and told them i won't pay, it's only then that they decided to terminate the contract. Called and was told the airtime and data received will be taken back, i did not dispute that. They did not **** back the airtime and data and debited. I reversed the debit order, sent them amd email. November they debited again, i disputed fhe debitamd sent them the chain of emails I habe been sending them. December the 16th they sent me a reference Reference Number: ‪***‬ but no one contacted me. Today the 31st they sent me an sms to pay for that account I canceled in September or they will terminate my services.
