mtn ********* champion

on the 20th i got a call from a mtn so called champion who am referring to as a *********,so i have a current contract with mtn which i toook early this year now this mtn ********* calls me and states that am buying alot of data therefore they want to add a 6 gig bundle on my account and ill be paying only 150.00 extra,i asked her is my contract term date going to be extended ,she said no,she told me she will be delivering a sim card and thats when i got curious,i told her if its going to be sim number 2 then i dont want the offer she said no all you have to do after getting the sim you call the activation department and tell them to link the sim with ur current number which is on contract, damn i was so happy and couldn't wait till yesterday when the sim was delivered,firstly i got two simcards but i was told about one sim ,number two i called the department to activate the sim and boom they told me theres no way i can link that sim with my current contract,i am so upset and very disappointed ..if those so called mtn champions do this to the youth i worry what happens to the elders people who are not learned..MTN AND YOUR ********* CHAMPIONS I DEMAND YOU CANCEL THAT CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND LISTEN TO YOUR CALL RECORDING AND HEAR HOW YOUR CHAMPIONS SELL US LIES....I WANT IT TO BE CANCELLED TODAY.
