MTN *****elant contract

I have been contacted by Gift from Nottorn Attorney telling me that I am owing MTN, said I took a contract phone on the 22 January 2018 and I’m now owing MTN R32000.00. Told him that I don't have an account nor have I opened any contract with MTN, neither having a cell phone for that matter, He said I must do an affidavit stating that and also send throw a certified copy of my ID and emailed it to ********** I did email my certified ID copy and affidavit to Boniwe, I also requested from Boniwe to provide me with the following information: 1. I need a sign contract. 2. Point of sale Call, recording, time, date and cell number used to contact me. 3. What has MTN done to try contacting me to recover what is/was owed to them before handing the account over to you guys? 4. Where and how was the contract open? 5. Who is the Champ from MTN that sold the contract to me? Boniwe responded back saying that MTN does not have the information that we requested. Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
