MTN *****ed me

Good day, I had a contract with MTN , one of their agency renewed my contract without communicating with me, last week they asked me to pay R580 which I did because I dont want problem, after I asked them to show me or provide me with the information for the person who renewed my contract. I phoned MTN monday the 3rd of October spoke to one of the agency he transferred me to the company called empowered-outsource someone picked up and told me i called the wrong number. Now I tried several times to call MTN I'm not winning.
