MTN ***** Victim

I’m highly disappointed and frustrated with MTN South Africa. There is someone who works at MTN who used my personal details and information to take a phone on Contract at MTN. My Contract ended months ago, but I found that I was still being billed for a different phone! My service was disconnected, and only when I investigated, I found that ********** activities were occurring inside MTN by their employees.

I still have not received any feedback after laying a complaint. It’s shocking that information can be ****** like this.!!!
