MTN ***** Transactions

If any Agent ( spesifically The Mondo Team ) ever calls you for an upgrade on an existing account, please do not agree as they tell you the contract is due for upgrade and then they charge you for early termination afterwards. Been trying for 2 months to get proof that I agreed to this and they just go around in Circles after admitting to me in writing that I did not agreed to and early termination of any contract whatsoever. MTN ***** Department was useless in helping with the problem too.
