MTN ***** / THEFT

<div>3 months ago i was phoned by Mobiles Plus to upgrade my contract. I was paying +-R350pm at the time. I upgraded and my premium changed to R699pm. Now it is 3 months later and i still do not have any of my new devices, however 3 debit orders of R699 was **********ly debited to my bank account by MTN. I have sent literally 20+ emails and phone calls (Channel Support team, Mobiles Plus and Customer Care) and no one is assisting. This is my final attempt to resolve the issue, after which i will formally open a case of *****, theft and gross negligence against MTN. The Police and my lawyers will be notified next if the matter is not resolved.

To date i have only received "your query has been escalated to the relevant department" automatic replies. I have even spoken to numerous consultants of MTN and Mobiles Plus.

What is currently happening is blatant ***** and gross negligence. *****ing my money via monthly debit orders for devices that i do not even have and probably never will have.

I have reached my end. Sort the issue or i will be forced to take legal action.</div>

I finally received my devices. Thank you for the resolution. Although, the R1,800 can never even start to rectify the financial damage that MTN has caused me. Numerous missed / lost clients, significant loss of revenue and the MANY hours spent on trying to resolve the issue.

MTN has cost me so much more than you can imagine. Utterly disappointed. Damages total around +-R80k. Not that this bothers MTN, right? Why would a large corporate company care.
