MTN *****, targeting helpless old citizens!!!

I reported to Mtn on the 23 of March 2021 that my grandmother was vicim of ***** via mtn. Mtn has since not responded with no less than 8 emails I send. Youre helpline is non existing. This morning MTN just deducted R9000 from her account. This caused that she ended up in hospital. I want this sorted out immediately!! Mtn your service is Pathetic.
