MTN : *****! Taking my money monthly and cutting calls. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Data deal has expired but MTN still charging me after 30 days and not refunding me.

Called Mtn call centres about 40 times since November 2022 to cancel my contract. Retentions department keep cutting my calls. Further to this when they do answer my calls they tell me the contract is cancelled and then send me from department to department.
