MTN ***** STATEMENTS. Someone in MTN is use the nb

Good Day I had to numbers with MTN *** (Sim card was block in April/May 2019) and *** (Sim card was block in April/May 2019) both number was block. I have not used that number for 10 months. First of all both the numbers *** and *** I have taking the contact in December 2017 and it was R50 for a contract so for both thecontact must have terminated now in December 2019 it 24 month.

Mtn never advise me to sent proof of payment. Please have a look at numerous email I have sent to MTN and Monday 17 Feb 2020 I have call MTN 3 time in that calls I was forward to different departments. I don’t know about the below statement. MTN it’s the second time ***** is done with my name last year was the first time Please see the attach Feb billing statement for both number. I taking both number the same time and both is 24 month don’t know about the above.

MTN please get you billing in order and stop doing ***** on people names MTN WILL REVERSE BOTH JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2020 BILLING ( IT IS R110 FOR JANUARY 2020 AND FEBRUARY 2020 R110 = R220)

I will only pay (R527.41 – R220 = R307.41) because I was not using that sims cards. Attach is the proof of payment below and attach is my cancel letter with my ID Mtn is still busy with ***** on my name sending my bill for June 2020. I really don't know what to do no more. I have sent numerous emails from last year. Still I receive statement about this MTN ***. I don't have this nb no more I am not using the number.
