MTN ***** sales and ripping out consumers

<p>My partner took an mtn samsung galaxy S6 on their booster deal.</p> <p>They promised to give us the offer we saw online and so we agreed to take it 50 gigs, 10 000mins for 24 months, a once off 30gigs. they only gave us the once-off 30gigs and we never saw the 50 gigs until now. We have been paying them every month for the deal but they have kept their side of the deal. When we called them and visited the shop we bought from they told us the matter has been escalated and never got back to us as they promised. MTN is ripping us every month and now they are charging us more yet we are not even using the SIM.</p> <p>What ever happened to our service providers changing to *******. I am now going to advance to legal actions againts the shop and the service provider.</p>
