MTN ***** process

In March 2018 I received a call from Shapiro stating that I have been Blacklisted by MTN for non payment. I explained to Shapiro that I have never had an MTN account in my life, Shapiro requested that I send them an affidavit. I sent my affidavit to Shapiro and they in-turn sent it to MTN. I then received a call from MTN stating that my affidavit has been handed to their ***** dept and it will take 21 working days for the investigation to be completed. This was in March 2018 and it is now June 2018 and I am still blacklisted by MTN and I have received no feedback at all. There is no way of calling the ***** dept of MTN as the numbers I have been given asks for an MTN cellphone number or an account number and I do not have any of these
