MTN ***** on my account

MTN is *****ing money from me I have no assistance from anyone. Owing me over R20 000 for data and airtime debited from my accounts and the numbers belong to other people, but i pay for it. I have tried all ways to get to sort it out since November 2020 The shops are not willing to assist me any further

I am so sick of being ****** from
