#MTN ***** ON 7 CONTRACTS IN BUSINESS NAME

#mtn business ***** with someone taking out 7 *****ulant contracts since Aug 2020 that im paying for with a value of over R5000 per month.The contracts were taken out in KZN and im from the freestate. Someone even removed my email adres from the system so that we wouldn't get statements on email. After logging a query on November 2020, they told me to do affidavid, after that I had to open a case at the police and so I did, mtn bethlehem have put in a bunch of queries and MTN ***** DEPARTMENT just say under investigation.The Letterheads used didn't even have the same name or near my signiture for the company and yet they approved whoever to take out contracts on behalf of my COMPANY, they gave me no choice to go to attorney MALHERBE RIGGS & RANWILL with this matter, there is enough proof that it is ********** and ******** to keep charging my company for contracts that I didnt take out. I have all the documentation to prove if anyone would like to see. I HOPE ANYONE WHO WANT TO TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH MTN WIL CONSIDER THIS BEFORE DOING SO. thank you have an awsome contract somewhere else.
