MTN ***** not delt with

In May money (1876.47) was deducted from my bank account, by MTN, even though I don't have a contract with them. The statement from them had the wrong address. I made an affidavit, sent them an E-Mail and evenwent to a store to get it fixed. The store gave me a reference number and got a reference from the E-Mail as well. E-Mail stated that it has been handed over to the ***** department. This month a total of 3396.97 was deducted, included was last month's payment. Somebody is not doing their jobs there, now I must do a reversal, which cost me money, not to say the damage to my credit rating. I again sent them an E-Mail, but do not think something will be done. What happens next month and so forth. Bad from MTN, can not even contact them because I do not have the so called phone from the contract. Keep on getting thrown out of the customer care number.
