MTN ***** - no help available

********** transactions have been made on my cell phone number. While this was happening we tried in vain to reach an agent via telephone, email or website to report the *****. In the end we had to drive to the MTN store to report the ***** and stop further transactions. Despite emailing the case number to MTN they still deducted R24 000 from my account that was **********ly purchased. The ********** had access to all my personal information despite the POPI act protecting us against such breaches
