MTN *****, MTN Loads Additional Cost On Subscribers Accounts.

So it just came to my attention that I have been paying for the past couple of years for the following.

Recurring Internet 5MB - R3.51 Recurring Internet 1GB - R129.57 Recurring Internet 3GB - R260 Monthly R393.08 and for the past 2 years R9433.92

And I have never received these bundles in any shape or form. All I get every month is my normal contract package of 50min and 500MB that's it.

So MTN has committed ***** on my account and collecting monies from me for services I don't even have or get. My monthly bill is R850 pm and for the past 2 years, I have been paying R1350 or more. So I have been ****** by MTN. Then when I ask if I can upgrade a month earlier I get told it would cost me an additional R6000 to upgrade. I going public with this Carte Blanche, Ombudsman whoever I have to to get this sorted out immediately.
