MTN ***** -- MTN KNOW'S and POWERLESS TO HELP OR DON'T CARE!!!

I have been in touch with MTN since the last four (4) days about ***** on my account. Sent numerous emails, made numerous calls....Money still flows out continuously and MTN are powerless to stop this...

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??

I have 11 lines with MTN all of the airtime, loyalty points are just being transferred out under their nose...I just am told, send an email and we will follow up?

How can external ********s rob MTN while they know about the problem, a simple conclusion:

Either they don't care or they can't stop it!!!! Which is worse, I don't know..

SA must know, if your line is compromised MTN may only come to the party when you are broke, but make no mistake your account will be debited at month end by MTN to their bill is paid
